Hello Also-Known-As community,
As we wrap up another powerful term of Also-Known-As programming, we want to take a moment to thank everyone who is part of our adoptee community. Whether you attended your very first event this year, are planning to join us for the first time at our annual picnic this month, or have been showing up year after year — your presence and energy are what make this community thrive; and allow our community to feel seen, valued and heard.
We’re excited to gather in person for one more hoorah at our Annual Friends & Family Picnic on June 14, 2025 from 11-3pm ET. If you haven’t yet joined as a paying member, we invite you to support our work and deepen your involvement: Become a member here. Sustaining memberships allow us to curate impactful accessible programming for many years to come.
Finally, if you haven’t already saved the date: our 30th Anniversary Celebration will take place on April 16–19, 2026 in NYC. It’s going to be an unforgettable weekend! Be on the lookout for our registration launching later this month with tiered pricing.

🌲☀️ Hike with Mike was a wild success! We conquered a beautiful 5.7-mile lake loop under sunshine and a perfect breeze, parkoured over running waters like nature ninjas, and soaked up every moment in great company. 💪🌊🍃
